HS Alu Eggbar Pair
The Concorde Xtra Aluminum Egg Bar is part of the Concorde Xtra Therapeutic Range.
The range is based on the succesful St Croix Concorde Xtra Range and it is available in three models - all in aluminum front uncliped. Features include, concorde Xtra Shape, Nail hole positioned for thinner walled horses, section to size, bar shoes are suitable for both sport or racing horses.
The eggbar is so called of its oval shape, provides support of the horses weight with less directt pressures on the heels.
An eggbard shoe can be applied on the hoof in the normal way but the black section of the oval distends past the buttress of the hoof. An egg bar shifts the weight back toward the heel and supports the weight encouraging the hoof to grow more correctly.
