Return & Refund Policy

At ACGS Web Shop, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products and customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date the item was delivered.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Items that are perishable, made-to-order, personalized, or on clearance/sale are not eligible for
return or refund.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at acgs.webshop@gmail.com or message us via Facebook messenger: All
Creatures Great & Small Inc. page within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue.
3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions. Do not send items back without
authorization.
3. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or
incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable courier. ACGS Web Shop will not be liable for items lost in
return transit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your
refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original
payment method:
Bank Transfer/Deposit: Refund will be returned to the same account used.
GCash: Refund will be sent back to the same GCash number used for payment.
Xendit (credit card, ewallet, etc.): Refunds will be processed through Xendit and returned via
the original payment channel.5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send
clear photos and a description of the issue to acgs.webshop@gmail.com or message us via
Facebook messenger: All Creatures Great & Small Inc. page so we can resolve it immediately.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to get a replacement, kindly
process a return and place a new order once the refund has been issued.
