EYE OINTMENT
Formulation:
Each gram contains:
Active: Tobramycin 0.3% (3 mg), Preservative: Chlorbutanol.
Dosage:
Apply a 1-1.5 cm ribbon to the affected eye(s) two to three times daily.

Each mL contains: Tobramycin, USP 3 mg
Indication:
CONSAC Ophthalmic Solution is indicated in the treatment of external infections of the eye caused by susceptible bacteria. Appropriate monitoring of bacterial response to topical therapy should accompany the use of CONSAC Ophthalmic Solution.
Dosage:
1-2 drops 3-4 times for mild to moderate disease. 2 drops hourly for severe infection until condition improves.
